Fully assembled and tested nozzle magazine capable of holding 10-20 Juki^TM nozzles and mounts to a 2020 aluminum extrusion. Works great with our quick change nozzle holders. Available in two sizes medium (10 nozzles) and large (20 nozzles) for use with OpenPNP.

This nozzle magazine system is better than the “ramp up” 3D printed designs out there because it exerts no force or friction on the nozzle holder, ensuring your nozzle holders don’t lose their calibration (X/Y offsets). This design also saves you space in X/Y. Nozzles are locked quickly with the 90^o N20 motor. Uses two limit switches to detect open/close. Alternatively you can wire it to a single limit switch and just run it that way to save a pin. Motor is 5v DC.
